The Role

The Senior Manager Business Process innovation will be responsible for development, implementation, and measurement of a single value stream process improvement initiatives.

Develop, implement and lead process improvement efforts and influence cross-functional efforts to drive business transformation through process.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a process development team over a single value stream.
  • Identify the development of an annual strategic plan and manage to the quarterly tactical plans for addressing gaps between Layered processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership, including frequent contact with executives
  • Lead and influence others to achieve results including gaining executive support for process improvement initiatives
  • Communicate with cross functional teams in all areas of the company, vendors, customers, and other external conferences
  • Establish tactical plans for achieving broadly-defined objectives through assigning tasks, reviewing work and providing coaching, team and individual feedback.
  • Establish market-based metrics and unit cost measures which appropriately evaluate success and drive accountability of business process improvement within the company
  • Ensure projects and deliverables are on-schedule and within budget.
  • Lead project, training, logistical and infrastructure assistance for process improvement initiatives.
  • Escalation manager for process improvement design expertise, utilizing agreed upon process methodology.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships across the organization to drive efficiencies throughout the applicable value streams

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • 7 - 10 years of prior business experience, including 3-5 years of process improvement and project management experience.
  • Proven success influencing process improvement and initiating related process initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Master’s Degree in related field a plus

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
