Role Description: We're looking for an experienced and dynamic digital Senior Digital Product Manager to join the team. The Senior Digital Product Manager will drive global development for digital experiences with millions of daily views- focusing on defining the roadmap and strategy for the end-to-end customer experiences. With an outcome-first approach our core goals include driving customer satisfaction, engagement, digital adoption, and revenue contribution. This person will partner closely with a team of product managers, engineers, designers, analytics and effectively engage multiple stakeholders across the organization. Required
- Min. 3-4 years experience in Agile Product Management or Analyst roles
- Min. 3 year's experience of leading and collaborating with a small team of Product Analysts to cultivate a diverse and inclusive environment
- Leads teams and supports product development in a scaled agile environment delivering very large business solutions or programs
- Ambitious, self-motivated and able to act with a high level of autonomy
- Understanding of building relationships and managing customers
- Experience of delivering business results and influencing decisions
- An ability to deal with a fast pace and changing needs
- Outstanding, meticulous verbal and written communication skills, both in English; ability to optimally communicate complex information to multiple audiences
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to gather insights from data
Preferred
- Front- end Technology expertise
- Understanding of the evolving compliance and regulatory requirements and environment
- Understanding of Design Driven Development & Design Thinking
- Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional environments
- Adept at managing complicated technology requirements like APIs and other platform components.
- Knowledge of reporting/analytical applications, i.e. Adobe
- Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, Mural, Invision, etc.) a plus
Additional Considerations
- Experience of how to incorporate technology, infrastructure, and security requirements into the product design
- Ability to self-start, navigate ambiguity, and operate with a high degree of independence
- Ability to coach and motivate a team, fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture, encouraging the input and initiative of all team members, while ensuring that functions of these positions are properly and effectively being implemented.
- Possess a good blend of business and technology capability and has a strong desire to learn new things as well as research customer insights, trends and business challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree or better
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
