As a member of our team, our Director of FP&A will be a hands-on leader who will help to improve the healthcare system while building a fun and empathetic environment. You will have the opportunity to put your fingerprint on the construction of our financial analysis, budgeting and modeling capabilities from the ground up and support the growth and scalability of the company. We have an amazing mission and a fantastic team. As our Financial Planning and Analysis leader, you will play a critical role in realizing this mission.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Continue to scale and improve the Financial Planning and Analysis operation
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis for OneStudyTeam
  • Continue to improve monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis
  • Refine revenue forecasting model in line with GAAP accounting standards
  • Improve and automate reporting of key commercial and expense metrics
  • Partner with Sales team on pipeline forecast, proposal development, Salesforce CPQ process integration, and sales compensation planning and reporting
  • Enhance detailed cash flow forecasting model and cash tracking process
  • Build upon NetSuite financials, identifying automation opportunities while leading planning tool implementation
  • Partner with CFO and HR to manage headcount, set recruiting and attrition targets, and link to budget and financial forecasting. Continue to automate reporting through Workday
  • Update detailed 3-5 year forecasting models linked to strategic plan
  • Lead and enhance Return on Investment analysis for new products
  • Partner with CEO and CFO to support Board and Investor Reporting
  • Support CFO and partner with Controller on managing equity in Carta
  • Coordinate with Care Access Research on investor reporting and cost allocations
  • Consolidate financial forecasts and reporting for total Reify Health
  • Partner with founders and CFO on any M&A or financing activities

What You Bring to OneStudyTeam

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or MBA
  • 7+ years experience, experience is within a growing SAAS or startup business is preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent modeling capabilities in Excel and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with senior leadership, company controller and leading across departments or functions
  • Knowledge of GAAP Accounting including software revenue recognition
  • Self-starter who is willing to get into the details and build structure in a fast growing environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated empathy, exhibiting the OneStudyTeam values
