To ensure we're set up for success, we are looking for an experienced and organized Senior Manager of Global Mobility and Compliance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the leading the strategy, process, and execution of the global mobility and compliance initiatives at Apollo.
You will be responsible for setting the vision on our global workforce strategy - where and when we set up new entities and aligning with our talent acquisition strategy and our employee experience. You will work closely with internal partners, such as HR and legal teams, to manage immigration and contractor policies, ensuring that all processes are in compliance with applicable regulations. Additionally, you will manage all aspects of on-boarding and transitioning employees, including immigration and contractor onboarding, payroll and benefits set-up, and relocation assistance.
The successful candidate will have experience in immigration and contractor compliance, global mobility and relocation, and HR and legal processes. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills and a strong track record of project management.
What you'll do:
Determine the strategy for global growth and talent acquisition across Apollo
Manage immigration and contractor compliance processes, ensuring that all processes are in compliance with applicable regulations
Monitor and assess changes to immigration and contractor regulations, and adjust processes accordingly
Org design and team building for the global mobility team
Manage onboarding and transitioning of employees, including immigration and contractor onboarding, payroll and benefits set-up, and relocation assistance
Develop and maintain global mobility and compliance policies and procedures
Analyze and assess global mobility and compliance initiatives
Work with internal partners, such as HR and legal teams, to manage immigration and contractor policies
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on global mobility and compliance issues
Provide data driven insights to drive strategic decisions across global mobility
Collaborate with other departments to align with business goals
Qualifications:
Strong experience in global mobility, immigration, and compliance
Experience working with a largely remote workforce
An aptitude for data driven decision making
A track record of building scalable structure and process from the ground up
Strong cross collaborative project management skills
