Senior Customer Associate Director

We're looking for a Client Success Associate Director to join the team and help us accelerate our growth plans and initiatives. In this role, you'll lead a team of dedicated account managers to grow and scale their Enterprise clients and build lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers/Client Success Managers to meet growth/scaling targets & minimize churn risk
- Manage & build strong relationships with Senior Client Stakeholders
- Accountable for sustainable business growth & client profitability within their Enterprise portfolio
- Path of client de-escalation & mediator between our internal teams/clients
- Be an advocate for the Walmart GoLocal Business, our services & showcase exemplary customer service
- A source of Delivery Product & Industry expertise, providing client consulting best practices to help grow their business interests
You'll Knock us off our feet if...
- You're an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager or Account Manager with a strong Growth Mindset
- You set ambitious targets and have a track record of consistent and quantifiable growth
- You're experienced with Customer Service best practices and passionate about excellent customer service
- You're an industry expert in Delivery as a Service best practices, especially the Final/Last Mile
- You're experienced with managing & growing teams to scale
- You push through adversity, seek clarity, and cut through complexity
- Comfortable with travel up to 30% at your discretion for Client Engagement

The annual salary range for this position is $89,500.00-$192,500.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
