We are looking for a People Operations expert to be a trusted thought leader and partner with the leadership team to help spearhead and support the Snapdocs people programs and strategies that enhance our culture and effectiveness as a company. As a culture champion you will Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities in the HR process related to employee and candidate experience.

We are looking for someone who has experience prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable HR solutions that address the needs of the business. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Maintain all HR systems and identify data integration 
  • Manage the administration of all employee benefit programs, such as medical, dental, ancillary benefits, COBRA, FSA/HSA, equity, and 401(k) plan. 
  • Help administer time and attendance systems in ADP, including LOA requests while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Manage HR vendor relationships and integrations
  • Update and maintain all People team documentation 
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding practices with a focus on experience & maintaining employee records
  • Lead compliance topics related to People operations
  • Manage and deliver HR projects in a timely manner. Work with the HR team during planning, development, testing, and rollout of performance, onboarding, merit increase, open enrollment, and other projects.

You should be comfortable working in organizations with strong values and culture, as well as have proven change management experience. Since this role will have a hand in various departments and relationships with leaders, it’s important that you can communicate and express your ideas clearly and concisely. A solid desire and ability to improve processes, build relationships, and make Snapdocs better is essential. Leaders will proactively engage in conversations in which you are expected to be solutions-oriented and come to the table with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience preferably at a tech startup or fast-paced environment. Thriving in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and having an unimpeachable level of discretion is of the utmost importance. Experience with ADP and benefits is important. Superb communication skills and a healthy obsession with using data and metrics to continue to drive results are critical. If you are located in NY, CA, WA or MA, the salary range for this role is $153,000 - $207,000 annually. For all other locations, the range is $133,900 - $181,100 annually. As a new hire, your starting salary will likely be between the 25th percentile and the midpoint of the range; however, all offers are based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
