Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for developing and implementing processes for optimizing and executing on the digital customer experience strategy. This role will drive Marketing objectives and strategies by developing and delivering the technology solutions through Marketing Cloud, Salesforce or other digital platforms. This role is also responsible for analyzing digital engagement metrics, developing, recommending and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the specialist for marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), performing day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to email content building, customer journey design and implementation, email automation workflow, development of email and landing pages templates, reporting, email campaign optimization etc
  • Develops training and process documentation. Mentors other employees.
  • Develop new process recommendations and proactively advise Marketing and other cross-functional partners of best practices regarding marketing automation, increasing digital engagement, platform capabilities and A/B testing.
  • Develops recommendations around digital governance and contact strategy, collaborating with and training internal partners and team members.
  • Identify and report actionable metrics for digital engagement marketing activities; work with manager to analyze and make recommendations on data.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, versatility and an ability to shepherd multiple concurrent priorities to completion, seeking minimal guidance.
  • Lead multiple large- and small-scale marketing automated related projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or an equivalent trade-off of related professional work experience
  • 4+ years of marketing automation, digital engagement and/or business strategy; with experience in digital engagement, marketing automation or Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds.
  • Demonstrated experience with developing digital engagement techniques, tools and measurements.
  • Demonstrated success in project management and business planning.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while mentoring others.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a project oriented, diverse team environment
  • Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platform experience required. Preferred: Journey builder, automation studio, cloud pages, Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud
  • Preferred: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap or Sitecore
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

Base Salary Range:

$76,900.00 - $115,300.00
