About the Role:
Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join the Order Management team and will report to the Director of Order Management. This is a highly cross functional role and will be key to evolving processes and workflow to enable operational efficiencies, improved customer experience and upholding clinical standards.
You Will:
- Act as a strategic thought partner and collaborate cross functionally executing upon key company business initiatives such as product and/or category launches, technology changes and/or cross functional initiatives such as re-rx.
- Collaborate with Operations leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to identify order management needs, gather content, and align initiatives with organizational priorities. Build relationships and influence stakeholders to ensure support and engagement in order management workflows and processes.
- Implement order management system (OMS) or other technology platforms to support day to day order management resolution. Leverage technology to identify areas of improvements and metricize workflows.
- Develop metrics and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of order management processes. Collaborate with Order Management leadership to continuously improve and refine workflows.
- Continuously review and iterate processes and workflows to identify roadblockers or inefficiencies for the team, scope and lead improvements for both process and systems leveraging data and KPIs
- Partner with Systems Product teams to execute on new initiatives for new operational tools and develop supporting business processes.
You Have:
- 8-10+ years of experience leading operations and/or customer success, preferable in order management
- 3+ years of people management experience preferred
- BS/BA degree is required, MBA preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to cross-functional, technical and non-technical stakeholders in easily understood formats
- Success in analytical and operations role within a rapidly growing company: balancing data-driven quantitative and qualitative inputs for rapid decision-making and execution
- Experienced in leading process and system improvements
- Highly collaborative with cross functional teams, ability to build strong relationships

Conditions of Employment:
- This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.
- This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).
- Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.
Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.

$75,000—$125,000 USD
