đ About the Role
As part of the Quantum Metric NA Partner Sales team, the Senior Partner Sales Manager will play an important role driving growth with key go-to-market partners in an assigned geographic region. This role will work directly with Quantum Metric sales account teams and the RVPs of Sales as well as key go-to-market (GTM) partners including Google Cloud, technology ISVs and solution partners (SIs, resellers and agencies). You will work within the assigned territory to generate and accelerate pipeline, to establish best practices for winning deals and to broadly enable all stakeholders on the value of Quantum Metric and the various GTM partners. The Senior Partner Sales Manager will be the primary partner resource for all partner related initiatives in the assigned territory. This role will be expected to establish trust and credibility and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including account executives, regional VPs, marketing, sales engineering and customer success while flawlessly executing our partner sales process and delivering on all key performance metrics and outcomes.

đ§ Responsibilities
- As partner sales manager for an assigned territory, you will be responsible for the entire partner business in the region.
- You will be responsible for achieving the partner targets while working closely with the regional VPs and sales teams in your territory.
- You will own and manage the prioritization and execution of Quantum Metricâs cloud, technology and solution partnerships in the assigned regions.
- You will be highly focused on generating and accelerating Quantum Metric pipeline as well as building long-term partnerships to drive future growth.
- Collaborate closely with the global alliance teams across cloud, technology partners and solution partners to leverage the partner sales plays and execute in the assigned region.
- Build relationships with the various partner sales and marketing functions in the assigned region and execute region specific GTM plans working closely with the Quantum Metric account executives, SEs and RVPs.
- Enable Quantum Metric and partners on our joint value proposition, when to introduce Quantum Metric into accounts and how to best qualify joint opportunities.
- Partner with marketing across both Quantum Metric and various partners to run joint campaigns, demand generation and other awareness activities. Set and track key performance indicators.
- Work with the extended partnership organization (global alliances, partner delivery, partner marketing, product marketing and engineering) on any deliverables or assets needed to support the business
- Identify, onboard, train and execute go-to-market plans with partners in your region.
- Own joint territory planning sessions each quarter with the sales organization to promote collaboration between Quantum Metric and regional partners.
đĄ Requirements
- At least 6 years of technology related sales or channel partnerships experience and managing across technology and solution partnerships
- Experience selling cloud solutions, enterprise software, or analytical tools
- Track record of consistent revenue target achievements
- Experience working with and managing partnerships with large enterprise organizations
- Demonstrated track record of beating quota and target metrics
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment - a self-starter who exhibits passion, persistence, and integrity in all that you do
- Exemplify the following traits - articulate, thoughtful, professional, organized, concise, humble and accountable, with excellent communication skills and a high emotional IQ
- Experience developing partnerships and alliances within the e-commerce/digital industry (with direct experience in analytics, experimentation, CX, personalization or application performance monitoring a plus)
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent practical experience
- 30% travel
- Compensation: Base Salary $130-160K, Commission/Bonus $55-68K
