Right message. Right time. Right place. Shoppers more than ever demand a personalized experience with brands. As the Sr Planner, Content Project Manager, you will be a key player in developing the personalized creative strategy and execution plan that solves problems and delivers joy.

Part creative, part project manager, part media expert, this dynamic role will give you a taste of how to translate business strategy into creative executions. A successful candidate thrives in a fast paced, agile environment and isn’t afraid to use new tools and technology to drive efficiency in his/her day-to-day. They can manage multiple timelines with ease, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver unique creative variations by channel and audience. Based on real-time media performance, the Content Project Manager knows how to optimize imagery to best deliver business results.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead personalized content strategy & optimization plans across Snacks brands
  • Translate brand guides and consumer journeys into personalized, modular & dynamic creative versions differentiated by audience and channel
  • Organize and catalog all versioned assets; collaborate with Performance Marketing pod members to ensure assets go live with accuracy
  • Track to marketing optimization goals and refine creative in-market to deliver optimal business performance
  • Draw conclusions from individual content performance to apply more broadly to other channels & placements
  • Day-to-day point for creative agencies: prioritize creative projects & agency resources, develop creative briefs and provide feedback on templates and creative based on brand strategy
  • Lead content development & strategy for agile test to learn sprints. Partner with media planner & measurement lead to translate content specific learnings for broader adaption & implementation
  • Champion & lead exploration of new content capabilities to streamline personalization, test to learn against opportunities & share back learning for broader adoption

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years content marketing experience at an agency or consumer-focused marketing organization
  • Understanding of digital media, including media planning and activation
  • Project management of timeline deliverables, content development & management of agencies & third-party relationships
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Operates well in a cross-functional team with multiple stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience designing creative content across digital media including social media, display, and video
  • Experience working in a creative agency
