About the Role
The Senior Product Designer leads our design efforts in creating intuitive and delightful user experiences. This role has expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design that is key in crafting solutions that meet our users’ needs and drive engagement. Working closely with our development and product teams, the Sr. Product Designer turns insights into beautiful, functional designs that enhance our user experience and contribute to our product’s success.
Essential Responsibilities
- Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate product goals into innovative design solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements
- Ensure design consistency and coherence across the entire product
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas and prototypes
- MSc/BSc degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in Agile development processes

This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $127,530 and $185,434. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
