Job Description

As the Senior Director of Product Management, you'll lead an amazing team of product managers and owners to define and deliver the vision and roadmap for the fastest growing interim growth assessment suite in the market, including both FastBridge and Star Assessments. You'll work closely with research, psychometrics, content, engineering, and other product teams to build the most comprehensive K-12 assessment solution in the market. And with the help of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, we'll dominate the competition. 

As a Senior Director of Product Management, you will: 

  • Coach and mentor product managers and product owners 
  • Define and drive the vision for both the Star and FastBridge product lines 
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to bring product enhancements to market 
  • Build and enhance Voice of the Customer processes to ensure that the roadmap solves the most important problems for Renaissance customers 
  • Analyze financial results and develop a roadmap that delivers even better results 
  • Formulate and present pricing and packaging proposals to the pricing committee 

Qualifications

For this role as Director of Product Management, you must have: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, Marketing, or equivalent; or a Bachelor’s degree in another discipline plus substantial Product Management experience, training and/or certification; MBA a plus 
  • 10+ years of progressively accountable product strategy, product lifecycle, product commercial management experience, with demonstrated results of success 
  • Experience leading Product Management professionals to achieve high degrees of customer satisfaction, and attaining commercial product goals 
  • Ability to prioritize work, make tradeoffs, drive deadlines, and deliver projects on time, on budget 
  • Demonstrated experience nurturing a culture that celebrates diversity of thought, risk-taking, openness to new ideas, and a fail-fast mentality 

 Bonus points for: 

  • K-12 ed tech experience 
  • Assessment experience

Salary Range: $160,300 - $220,000  This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
