  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Innovation is at the center of this team. As a Senior Program Manager you will work collaboratively with a global customer base, product managers, designers, data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to plan, lead, measure, and optimize deployment of TA Product Development solutions across Amazon. You will own all program planning efforts around release planning and scheduling, release communications and change management, and program operational excellence and KPI measurement. You will work closely with the product management team to review roadmap plans and priorities to ensure voice of the customer is represented. You will work closely with the engineering team to understand and review projected timelines. You will work closely with our partner and customer teams to coordinate design/release dependencies, assess change impact of pending releases, create plans and programs to drive adoption, and own all subsequent measurement. You will own the definition of product KPIs and measure success against those KPIs. Collaboration is critical to this role, you will be supported by a Sr Manager – Product Management, Technical Program Manager, UX Designer, Senior SDM, Senior Applied Scientist, and a dedicated team of SDEs. This team will be your partners in driving delivery of product releases and continual iteration and innovation to provide productivity improvement focused solutions to our customers.   • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
