Position Overview:
As the Sr. Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to drive our company's continued success. You will collaborate closely with our hiring teams, serve as a trusted partner, and help shape our culture by bringing in individuals who are not only highly skilled but also aligned with our values and vision while harboring a white glove service for candidate experience.
🧠 Here's what you'll do:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to understand their talent needs, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews, to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success.
- Serve as a compelling brand ambassador, showcasing the company's unique culture, mission, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Continuously build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, anticipating future talent needs and proactively sourcing top talent ahead of demand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors, leveraging their expertise and resources to enhance our talent acquisition capabilities
🛠️ We hope you have:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a startup. Agency experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and closing candidates for various positions, including GTM and technical.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proactive and resourceful mindset, with a keen eye for talent and the ability to identify creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of industry trends, enabling you to engage with candidates and assess their technical proficiency effectively.
