About the Role
Rula’s mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone. We provide an end-to-end telehealth experience that connects patients with therapists that accept their insurance and therapists with practice management capabilities and patient matching in a HIPAA-compliant environment. We have a robust internal tools team that supports all of the required tooling to integrate Salesforce with key business processes that help Rula be successful.
We are hiring a Salesforce Developer to enable Rula’s Enterprise Applications team to build technical solutions that enhance our internal users and customer’s experience. This person will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce workflows, ensuring that our platform operates smoothly and efficiently for all users. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, clinical success, and provider growth, among others.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience developing in Salesforce - Apex and Salesforce APIs
- Experience building custom integrations with external systems
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS

- Platform Developer I Certification
- Experience with Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Health Cloud
- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein and other AI-powered features
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- 2 or more years of experience with Salesforce engineering in a high-growth environment.
