As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll work with UX leads, business, product, and engineer teams to develop high quality user-centered design solutions. You’ll collaborate with partners and stakeholders on multiple projects to support design of current and next generation multi-platform experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative and creative brainstorming, ideation, rapid-prototyping, and other problem-solving with user experience and graphic designers, engineers, and other stakeholders on multiple projects. This includes strong collaboration and alignment with teams responsible for online and mobile experiences to ensure customers' needs are met across all media.
- Documentation and delivery and/or contributing to create briefs, user scenarios and storyboards, text strings, flow charts, annotated wireframes, and other documentation that defines the user experience and providing direction to technical writers creating specification documents.
- Works closely with our internal user researchers to support usability and focus group test plans as well as prototype support (paper or interactive prototypes, as appropriate).
- Will serve as user advocate supporting features and products throughout the project lifecycle ensuring the best experience implemented. Includes software development support, reviews, and presentations, ensuring high quality and deadlines are met.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with experience managing projects independently
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Graphic Design, or related field or Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong portfolio of past design projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong leader and willingness to be a team player.
- Solid understanding and/or interest in web-and app-based experiences in media, entertainment, video or related industry.
- Ability to distill input from multiple stakeholders into detailed design requirements.
- Experience problem solving and making independent decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to package and present feature recommendations and product strategies in concise presentations and visuals.
- Comfortable working in an execution focused, fast paced environment balancing multiple projects and priorities balancing short-term goals and long-term vision for the team.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
Our Senior Salesforce UX Designers earn between $105,000 - $210,100 not to mention all of the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
