The Role
As a Senior Software Developer, you will partner in a team environment or be able to independently design, develop, code, test and debug new software or significant enhancements to existing software of moderate complexity. This includes analyzing business processes to identify areas of improvement, creating services to automate manual work and partnering with IT and other parts of the organization to enhance/create software and streamline work.
The Main Responsibilities
- Implementing computer programs for the purpose of enhancing and updating software
- Tasks may include project implementation, researching and evaluating problems and recommending and implementing decisions
- Analyzing programming requests for the purpose of assisting integration with current applications and/or processes
- Creating effective project communication for all audiences
- Facilitating change management
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or experience preferred
- Experience with C#, .NET Core MVC, Windows worker services
- Working knowledge of Python is a plus
- Strong understanding of process, project management, and software development concepts
- Experience in telecom, high reliability facilities and/or datacenter environments
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to develop and manage concurrent projects
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
