Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, Sales (contract - 1 year) to join our global TA team. Based out of Singapore (hybrid role), you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent with a focus on Sales positions across APJ.
What your impact will be:
- Focus on (pre/post) Sales needs across APJ and ASEAN/Japan in particular
- After ramp-up, deliver at least 3-4 hires a month
- Work closely with our business leaders to identify recruiting needs, strategy and execution
- Act as a main point of contact on all Sales recruiting related questions
- Guide hiring managers through our recruiting process, from req intake to onboarding
- Consistently build, organize and cultivate diverse pipelines of qualified candidates
- Lead projects to improve process and build a best in class experience for candidates
- Be a driver for change within the TA function, sharing best practice across the team, and bringing new ideas and perspective to peers and leadership
What you will bring:
- 6+ years experience in a sales recruiting position in the tech/software industry
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and collaborate with various internal teams (HR, Finance, etc.)
- Experience with process improvement projects and a solutions focus
- Consultative recruiting approach and ability to build strong relationships
- Devotion to mitigating bias in interviews, creating diverse candidate pipelines and generally including candidates of all backgrounds
What will give you an edge:
- Experience with Greenhouse or other modern ATS’s
- Strong tech Sales network and sourcing skills
- Prior experience with DE&I hiring strategies and tools
- Employer branding experience
