Staff Accountant
Sensor Tower is looking for an experienced Staff Accountant. We’re a growing B2B SaaS company with a track record of profitability. We're seeking someone who understands the subtleties and complexities of accounting in a subscription driven business serving a dynamic and evolving market. The Accounting team at Sensor Tower has been experiencing major growth in the past year and this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to help build and grow an accounting function.
We are a fully distributed, remote first company.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare Journal entries and reconciliations.
- Investigate account discrepancies, prepare analysis and report findings.
- Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs and procedures.
- Verify, allocate and post transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivables. Spot errors and suggest ways to improve processes and gain efficiency.
- Support monthly close process and annual audits.
- Contribute to the development of internal controls and implementation of new accounting guidance.
Experience We Want to See:
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably at a SaaS company
- Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines
- Proficient in NetSuite or any other large ERP system. Excellent Excel skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with vendors, customers and different levels of employees.
