As a Staff Product Manager for AI, you will be responsible for empowering Vanta’s various product teams to build and maintain AI-powered products. You will dive deep into AI technologies and develop innovative products that make it easier, faster, and more delightful for Vanta’s customers to achieve their business goals. You will explore new areas and customers for Vanta AI to create value.

You’ll join a small and growing team of SWEs, MLEs, and SMEs and will play a critical role in shaping Vanta's AI product and platform strategy. What you’ll do as a Staff PM for AI at Vanta:

  • Develop the strategy and roadmap for AI-driven initiatives within Vanta's product portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, AI-powered systems and products
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify new AI opportunities to enhance Vanta's offerings
  • Lead AI adoption across Vanta's product suite, helping other teams integrate AI into their product features and experiences
  • Shape Vanta's AI product team culture as we grow and continue to innovate with cutting-edge technology

How to be successful in this role:

  • Have 8+ years of product management experience at a high-growth, scaling company
  • Have experience building or working with innovative AI products that create customer value
  • Demonstrate strong systems thinking and the ability to manage complex trade-offs with a strategic mindset
  • Possess strong analytical skills, able to dive deep into data to guide product decisions
  • Are deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
  • Have the ability to create a strategy and bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution.

Helpful prior experience:

  • Delivering AI-powered experiences to enterprise customers
  • Conducting competitive analysis and market research on AI advancements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $202,000 - $238,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
