What we’re looking for:
In our next phase of growth we are looking for a staff product designer to join the growing product team. In this role you will,
What you’ll accomplish:
- Be an early member of the growing Wonders design team, and have a significant say in how the team operates and in establishing design processes and ways of working
- Own the design and user experience for key high-visibility product initiatives at Wonders, from product conception and strategy through development, launch, and continued iteration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, marketing, operations, and more
- Take broad ideas and strategy and turn them into high-impact user experiences for our users
- Working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where you will always be learning and growing
About you:
- 5+ years of UX design experience
- Ability to own and drive requirements through the entire design cycle, from ideation to implementation and iteration
- Significant experience with cross-functional collaboration, especially with product and engineering
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, representing work to a broader team and leaders
Bonus points:
- Experience designing 0 to 1 products in an unstructured environment
- Experience with user interviews and user research
- Experience contributing to and/or creating design systems and tooling
- Experience in and passion for the restaurant industry and/or restaurant technology
- You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.

The salary range for this role is $150,000- $200,000
