Strategic Account Executive

The opportunity

Our sales team at Create Anywhere is growing, and we’re seeking a Strategic Account Executive to join us! This person will be responsible for growing and expanding Create Anywhere revenue through long-term strategic relationships with existing customers (50%), while also developing and selling to new customers (50%) at multiple levels across the Games and Media and Entertainment Industries. You must be customer focused with a passion for building trust among your clients. A leader with vision, who possesses the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, build consensus, develop and deliver against established business plans, and inspire others to do the same!

In this role you’ll be working autonomously to uncover our strategic customer’s plans for growth and innovation, including identifying their critical business challenges around remote work and collaboration. This includes, networking, deal strategy, negotiation & execution, as well as cultivating positive relationships in an effort to make Parsec and SyncSketch the ubiquitous tools of choice for some of the largest and most influential companies in the world!

What you’ll be doing

  • Establish and nurture key technical, and business relationships with our Global customers.
  • Learn the inner-workings of each of your priority clients – their org charts, decision-making processes, projects, contracts, goals, etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (including Development, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, Finance and Legal) to influence product roadmap and to gain support for key initiatives and deals.
  • Crafting GTM plans around relevant industries and regions, including pricing, products, and marketing strategies
  • Facilitate annual business planning and quarterly business reviews with relevant metrics for our key accounts throughout the calendar year

What we’re looking for

  • Motivated Self Starter who can visualize, analyze, communicate and solve complex problems through focused decision making based on available information in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proven experience selling into different levels of customer organizations, from end-users to c-level executives, and effectively navigating their legal, security, and financial processes
  • Proven track record of structuring, negotiating and delivering strategic agreements and tech licensing deals that are crafted to drive revenue and market share growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills; someone who is proactive, a team player with the proven ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Frequent travel to targeted accounts to meet with current and potential customers both internationally and domestically
