Strategic Alliances Manager

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and committed person to join our Strategic Alliances Manager team to help us meet the challenges of our ever-growing business. As Strategic Alliances Manager, you will work as a part of an inclusive, fast-moving autonomous team and collaborate with other sales, marketing, and product teams across the company to achieve our customer and revenue goals.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Investing and building relationships with sales and product teams at Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, and other platform companies through making phone calls, attending meetings, and liaising at events to create a flow of information that can open up opportunities for business growth.
  • Coordinate with partners to search for opportunities between organizations through sales team outreach, scanning sales pipelines, reviewing and assessing leads, and checking customer lists.
  • Work with the Director of Alliances & Partners to develop alliances development objectives, plans, and budgets. Build and execute GTM plans with alliances. Coordinate with Bryj marketing and sales.
  • Manage participation and increase the level of alliance and partner programs.
  • Record and track partner connections and relationships, including interactions and conversations, distributing marketing materials, capturing leads and referrals, and sales/demo calls in Salesforce CRM.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience managing partnerships with Salesforce, Microsoft, or AWS as an ISV or SI partner.
  • Experience creating partner GTM plans and working with Salesforce partner programs.
  • Self-motivated and experienced in managing your workload, including multiple projects/partners, with excellent attention to detail under deadlines.
  • Planning and executing B2B partner/alliance-based marketing and outreach campaigns.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Leads and revenue derived from alliances.
  • Level of brand and product awareness amongst alliance sales and product teams.
  • Alliance status.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary plus performance bonus.
  • Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO.

Passion:

  • Must have a passion for building business relationships that drive revenue.

Role Location: 

  • Remote; must be in the US or Canada, ideally in California.
