Strategic Finance Lead

Lime is adding a Strategic Finance Lead to join our Finance team. In this role, the Strategic FInance Lead will help our business leaders make sound financial decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role will blend strategic and quantitative analyses with financial acumen to influence decision-making. You are passionate about a breadth of topics including financial modeling, pricing strategy and product finance. Ultimately, you will be part of a team that focuses on driving Company growth while maximizing the bottom line.
The ideal candidate is passionate about analyzing data and working with numbers. You have an analytical mindset combined with advanced Excel modeling capabilities. You have experience creating robust financial models and analysis to drive decision-making. You have demonstrated experience driving cross-functional initiatives with a wide-range of groups and stakeholders.
The preferred locations for this position are Central and Eastern time zones.
What you'll do:
- Build financial models and develop strategic analysis to help our business leaders make sound financial decision
- Work cross functionally to refine and improve key aspects of our long-term operating model with the goal of creating strategic clarity
- Build financial models, conduct financial analysis and create business metrics in support of new hardware initiatives and product launches
- Collaborate on pricing initiatives to better understand our customers on a global scale
- Play a vital role in supporting due diligence efforts across fundraising, M&A, partnership and other new strategic initiatives
- Create a fun, inclusive, and safe workplace; empowering experimentation and creativeness for the team to meet their goals
About you:
- 3+ years of experience years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, strategy consulting, transaction services, ops strategy or a related field
- Strong business judgment, problem solving, and critical thinking skills; experience helping companies identify improvements in their core business, and implementing those improvements
- Excellent financial modeling proficiency and expert in Excel and Powerpoint (you should be prepared for a case study)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive collaborative discussions with various departments
- Comfort and familiarity with a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics or related field
