Given our exceptional growth we are expanding and hiring a Strategic Finance Senior Analyst to join us on this exciting journey. The Strategic Finance Senior Analyst powers the firm’s strategic planning efforts, including its long range plan and decision making process regarding investments, business operations and other activities that will help the company achieve its long term goals. This role is the firm’s analytical engine, providing insights and support to the leadership team for optimal business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the long range planning efforts
  • Analyze trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) including areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide clear and concise financial recommendations
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Gather and maintain market intelligence and monitor market trends to shape strategic planning efforts
  • Work with business intelligence tools and dashboards
  • Improve performance across business operations and workflows by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in business programs, pricing, etc.
  • Provide corporate finance and corporate development support on potential capital raises, strategic partnerships, and inorganic growth opportunities
  • Support Investor Reporting and quarterly Board responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to assess informational needs, provide decision support, and develop sustainable processes and tools

Requirements

  • 5 - 6 years of directly relevant experience in a directorial or managerial role
  • At least 2 years in Investment Banking, Strategic/Financial Consulting, or Investing in Private Equity or early/growth stage companies
  • At least 2 years in a Strategic Finance function at a high growth SaaS or Managed Services company
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting, an MBA is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated financial modeling and analysis experience
  • Experience automating financial processes, such as forecasting and reporting
  • Proficient in the following tools: MS Office Suite and SalesForce
