About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Associate to oversee and optimize our quality management systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. They will lead a team of quality assurance professionals, develop quality strategies, implement improvement initiatives, and drive continuous process enhancements to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to mitigate risks.
  • Drive a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization by promoting awareness, training, and adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports, trends, and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in quality management or operations leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA, GMP) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using quality management software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar certifications are a plus.
