As a System Administrator, you will maintain and optimize the company’s IT systems, support MacOS, Linux, and Windows environments, and manage servers, networks, MDM, and security tools. Responsibilities include preparing workspaces, resolving IT requests, liaising with suppliers, managing equipment and licenses, and conducting infrastructure audits for modernization and efficiency.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • 1+ years of experience as a system administrator/IT service manager
  • Experience and knowledge in maintenance of computer equipment
  • Experience in installing and configuring OS (MacOS, Microsoft, Linux)
  • Knowledge of office software (user support and consultation).
  • Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux-like systems.
  • Knowledge and experience in the maintenance of the local network and network equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with computer hardware, network devices, and remote administration
  • Knowledge of network protocol principles (VLAN, SNMP, NAT, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, TCP)

Will be a plus:

Experience with:

  • Jamf or other MDM solutions
  • Inventory software
  • Google Workspace

What You Will Do:

  • Maintaining the health of the company's IT infrastructure.
  • Installing and configuring MacOS, Linux and Windows applications.
  • Preparing workplace for new employees.
  • Supporting Linux and Windows servers
  • Maintenance, modernization, technical support, configuration and design of the local network.
  • Communication with suppliers of equipment and IT services.
  • Purchase of computer equipment and applications/licenses.
  • Accounting for computer equipment.
  • Audit of IT infrastructure in order to optimize it.
  • MDM and security tools management.
  • Consulting company employees on technical issues, resolve user’s IT requests.
