About the Opportunity

As the Talent Acquisition Associate (UK, EU and US) at Prescient, you will be part of a fast-growing PE-backed business that allows high-performing employees to make an impact and contribute to growing the business. You will have the chance to influence the way Prescient attracts and retains top talent, playing a key role in the growth of our various offerings and overall company culture. 

  • Reporting: You will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead in our London office, however, will work closely with all other members in our People Team 

As the Talent Acquisition Associate for the UK, EU and US, you will have ownership for the end-to-end recruitment and hiring across all practices in these regions, with a focus on positions up to and including the Consultant level. 

Core responsibilities will include: 

  • Liaising with hiring managers to scope out roles
  • Where necessary, guide Managers or Practice leads to write Job Descriptions in-line with our Career Architecture and role requirements
  • Advertising roles
  • Passive and proactive searching for prospective candidates
  • CV Screening
  • Conducting First Interviews
  • Liaising with hiring managers to talk about potential candidates
  • Arranging any further interviews and case studies (if required)
  • Gathering Feedback
  • Managing the offer process
  • Management of ATS
  • Assisting with additional ad-hoc recruitment tasks where needed
  • Organising entry level recruitment as required i.e. recruitment events, assessment days

Required Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in either an agency or Talent Acquisition role
  • Recruitment experience within the Life Science Consulting or biopharma space will be advantageous but isn’t essential
  • Outstanding customer/client service skills or strong evidence of what this looks like and how to apply it at work
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Confident and competent organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
