Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will help drive the recruitment strategy and ensure consistency across all requisitions to ensure the best candidate experience for every applicant. This role is incredibly dynamic and spans across many projects and initiatives contributing to Cronos Group making the best hires every time!

This position is 100% remote in Canada.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Manage and schedule all candidate interviews for open requisitions 
  • Source and phone screen candidates for non-complex hires in the organization   
  • Maintain and own job postings across the organization and own relationships with third party vendors 
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly ATS reporting 
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives for talent acquisition life cycle to ensure proper candidate and hiring manager experience 
  • Prepare and submit approvals for offer letters  
  • Own new hire onboarding activities including but not limited to communicating with HR Generalist and IT, becoming point of contact for new hire, conducting background check, and collecting new hire paperwork  
  • Partner with communications team on talent acquisition communication plans 
  • Manage quarterly hiring manager and new hire surveys 

 You’ll need to have: 

  • 2 plus years of experience in similar role 
  • Strong written and verbal skills 
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Incredibly organized 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives at once 
  • Ability to collaborate across HR and all functions promoting candidate experience while keeping the success of the organization at the forefront
