Who are we?
Nillion is the company behind a new internet infrastructure based on a cryptographic innovation called Nil Message Compute (NMC). The technology, which will be deployed via the decentralized Nillion Network, will fundamentally changes the way data is stored, processed and utilized, and will open up a realm of new blockchain-free decentralized use cases.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a passion for finding and developing top web3 talent. They have strong communication and organisational skills, as well as a deep understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. The successful candidate will be able to effectively manage the recruitment process from start to finish, with a keen focus on candidate experience and possessing a deep understanding of the technology industry. The person is a proactive problem-solver, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. They are results driven and hold themselves to a high standard of service within the organisation. The person is eager to learn and happy to work with a remote-first global, distributed team (4 entities and counting). Some travel may be required.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and forecast quarterly and annual requirements by department
- Work with our recruitment partner to source potential candidates through various channels and align on messaging and recruitment strategy
- Assess and monitor the collection and access to candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System, Workable
- Source, screen and interview candidates for open positions and advise hiring managers on candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the role
- Manage and track recruitment and selection processes and perform regular reviews of our job descriptions and interview questions to reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead on employer branding initiatives that are aligned with overall company values
- Advise management and stakeholders on the recruitment process and best practices and provide regular recruitment data and analytics
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Collaborating with the Head of People and Talent to create compensation and benefits packages that will attract top talent
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, including right to work and appropriate country-specific hiring mechanisms
- Support with other People and Talent initiatives as required
Requirements:
- 3-6+ years of experience working on technical roles
- An understanding and interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and/or decentralised finance
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), we use Workable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Process-driven, secure, and focused on measurable results
- A willingness to travel
