Talent Acquisition Researcher
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher.
Responsibilities:
- source candidates’ resumes for positions of different levels: from beginner to top management;
- analyze and evaluate resumes, understand labor market trends in the IT industry;
- conduct telephone interviews with candidates;
- effectively use candidate sourcing tools Record the results in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- experience sourcing tech roles for at least 6 months;
- ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English;
- activity in professional social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn);
- willingness to learn.
