Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent to support our mission of making dental care more accessible. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for various roles, preferably in the healthcare or tech industries, and a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels within the organization;
  • Conducting full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers;
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings;
  • Utilizing social media, job boards, and networking to source candidates and promote the Be@me brand;
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide consultative assistance throughout the hiring process;
  • Creating job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each positions;
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment;
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent;
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives that support the broader HR strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven track of records in hiring for the US market
  • Experience in the healthcare or tech industries is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on candidate experience and quality of hires.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
