The Team:
Firebolt's recruiting team is a small yet crucial part of our organization. We play a vital role in facilitating team growth by attracting and engaging the best talent from across the globe. Currently distributed across EMEA and Israel, we’re excited to bring on board a US-based recruiter to expand the team.
The Role:
As our talent acquisition specialist, you'll be at the forefront of expanding Firebolt, sourcing, engaging and captivating top-notch individuals with our compelling story and playing a vital role in shaping and growing our awesome teams.
What you’ll do:
- Drive end-to-end hiring for our fast-growing teams
- Develop strong and effective partnerships with hiring managers to ensure a fast & efficient recruiting process
- Implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies and expand recruitment channels
- Create a seamless recruiting process focussed on outstanding candidate experience
- Benchmark compensation and benefits to ensure Firebolt is always competitive
- Promote Firebolt’s employer brand and reach through social networks
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience with full-lifecycle recruiting in a global high-tech/start-up company
- Proven experience in hiring across a variety of departments, especially engineering and tech.
- A genuine passion for people and recruitment, and the drive and motivation to make a huge impact by scaling a company through hiring the best talent
- Deep knowledge and hands -on experience with various sourcing methods and tools
- Ability to thrive in a global and dynamic environment, showing flexibility in working across different time zones.
- A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with colleagues, candidates, and partners from all backgrounds
- B.A or equivalent degree/ experience in human resources management or related field.
