ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking to hire a driven, result-oriented, emphatic Talent Acquisition Specialist with great English, social and communication skills to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be to attract and hire IT specialists for dedicated international long-term projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attract and hire IT specialists for dedicated international long-term projects.
- Create and maintain a hiring strategy.
- Interview arrangement and coordination between potential candidates and internal clients/project teams.
- Work together with the team to smoothen the recruitment process in the company.
- Communicate with colleagues and team directly for smooth internal communication.
- Work well with the HR Team for the employment documentation and onboarding process of hired candidates.

- Able to identify priorities to ensure the recruitment process runs excellently.

- Flexible to use various recruitment tools to headhunt candidates for different positions.
- Has a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
- English proficiency (B2 and above, written and verbal).
