Talent and Development Program Manager

THE TEAM

Our Briteling Experience (BX) team is charged with attracting, engaging, and retaining the diverse talent we need to win. We partner with our global teams to develop initiatives that foster an engaging experience for Britelings to perform to the highest standard.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Talent Development Program Manager to drive global Performance Development execution as well as regional APAC Talent Development adaptation and implementation. You will be responsible for implementing a multi-faceted program that empowers leaders and peak performance org-wide, across all functions and geos. You will be a partner to leaders and BX Partners on how to assess, develop and reward talent. You are experienced at gathering feedback and ideas inside and outside the organization and evolving and innovating to truly drive a high performing culture. You will have an impact on how every Briteling grows. This high-value work will have a clear and lasting impact on Eventbrite’s culture and business success.

YOU WILL

  • Drive global performance development, establishing yourself as the trusted partner for leaders at all levels and cross-functional partners
  • Manage the operating rhythm and standards of cyclical programs such as performance check-ins, goal-setting, feedback, talent reviews, promotion processes, calibration and comp cycles
  • Implement global talent development initiatives regionally, adjusting approach as needed while maintaining an equity of experience globally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global leaders, key partners, and with the wider Briteling Experience team (talent acquisition, total rewards, people ops & systems, and functional and regional HR) to successfully design, strengthen, and implement effective solutions
  • Coordinate regional company (non-functional) onboarding in alignment with global onboarding strategy
  • Establish and measure regional program effectiveness, and optimize our use of existing technologies

THE SKILLSET

  • 5+ years of experience building scalable talent development programs, ideally in fast-paced, scaling/changing, global companies
  • 1+ years of experience building performance development processesLearning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development experience grounded in solid business acumen, including a global mindset and a consultative approach with leaders, BX Partners, and cross-functional partners
  • Experience using data to inform decisions, and to design and deliver impactful programs
  • Self-directed and able to effectively manage several situations simultaneously
  • Ability to influence and partner with a variety of stakeholder groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and cultural awareness 
  • Organized, process-oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated success designing learning experiences based on a deep knowledge of how people learn
