Roles & Responsibilities:
As the Talent Builder Guided Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training initiatives to ensure the successful onboarding and continuous skill development of our ecosystem. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of software training methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
· 7+ years’ experience developing and managing software training programs, preferably in a SaaS software environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Information Technology, or arelated field
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
· Ability to work effectively in a global and diverse environment.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
· Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
· The ability to quickly learn and master a new online platform.
Preferred Skilla:
· An advanced degree in in Business, Education, Information Technology, or a related field
· Experience using Anaplan or a similar software.
· Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training administration.
· Familiarity with a variety of training delivery methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and virtual training platforms.
· Certifications in instructional design, training facilitation, or program/project management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Talent Builder Program by conducting tasks like assessing applications, adding users to workspaces, promoting the program.
- Promote the program using the Anaplan Community and other online user groups to drive demand among high-quality participants.
- Ensure that program materials and workshops are up to date with the latest software updates and features.
- Generate reports on program metrics, including application rates, completion rates, success rates, hiring rates at Anaplan customers and partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Talent Builder program, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance the quality of the program and improve application, completion, and hiring rates.
- Work with Master Anaplanners to coordinate mentorship and support for program participants on a global scale, considering time zone differences and regional nuances.
- Provide ongoing support to certified users, addressing inquiries and challenges related to product usage, and facilitating additional sessions as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends, and updates to our software to ensure the Talent Builder program reflects the latest knowledge and skills required.
