As our business rapidly grows and expands its geography, we are in search of an experienced Tax Manager who will be responsible for enhancing and automating the company's tax processes.

Challenges you'll meet:

  • Support Tax strategy of the Group
  • Develop & implement Group Tax Policy, tax components to the accounting policy, group-wide policies
  • Analysis of complex accounting and tax issues
  • Review and improve tax processes (compliance in foreign jurisdictions, cost allocation, DAC 6, tax provisions, etc)
  • Develop / Implement tax controls
  • Support the regular tax compliance process in multiple jurisdictions: CY PL UK UA UAE GB US other
  • Be responsible for the TP compliance of the Group of companies
  • Support an IFRS audit of the Group
  • Participate in ERP implementation project

Your professional qualities:

  • 5+ years of experience in tax consultancy or in-house of Ukrainian group with international presence
  • Experience in international taxation (double tax treaties, tax legislation of Ukraine, Cyprus and other locations, direct and indirect taxation of cross-border transactions)
  • Experience in tax process automation
  • Experience in ERP implementation
  • Proficiency in tools and databases for transfer pricing analysis
  • Experience in implementing tax policy and tax control
  • Understanding of IT business processes
  • Proficiency in English at an Upper Intermediate level
