What you will be doing:

  • Align, coach and motivate your team (3x CRM-Admin 1x IT-Admin) to achieve your teams-objectives
  • Keep up with trends in the constantly evolving information technology industry
  • Work alongside other departments to achieve company goals and visions.
  • Transform the IT-strategy to a tactical roadmap and ensure its execution
  • Aligning stakeholders around your teams vision for the IT-Landscape
  • Oversee, manage, administrate and support Sherpany's internal IT
  • Manage 3rd party service providers and negotiate contracts with vendors

What is your mission in the first 12 months?

After 3 months:

  • You know your team (3x CRM-Admin 1x IT-Admin) and what they need from you.
  • You have understood the tech strategy 2023 and planned tactical initiatives for the next 6 months.
  • You have taken ownership of running projects and are ensuring they are running within timeline and budget to achieve the expected outcomes.
  • You have taken ownership of IT-support and ensure smooth operations through setting your IT-Admin up for success.
  • You have talked to executives, team-leads and users to understand the needs of your stakeholders.

3-6 months:

  • You have successfully driven multiple projects across the finishing line and thus increased the productivity of your stakeholders through an improved technology setup.
  • You have introduced fault-tolerance and thus improved the maturity of the IT-support-processes
  • You have moved the needle on your KPI's and thus made progress towards your objectives.
  • You have been able to optimize the costs of our IT-SaaS-Infrastructure through diligent license management and well negotiated contracts.

6-12 months:

  • You have built a good relationships with your stakeholders from all hierarchy-levels
  • You have set your team up to consistently deliver the expected value through our IT-projects
  • You have iterated over our operational IT-services (onboarding, off-boarding, administration, support etc.) and increased their productivity.
