About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Client Solutions Manager who is passionate about data engineering, distributed systems and MLOps. Working with our dynamic clients, you will empower and aid their AI teams in architecting and implementing our product, providing technical and functional expertise and recommendations.
We are a small but mighty early-stage startup, with a driven, inclusive, collaborative team, and we are looking for someone with strong technical chops, experience working in a technical, client-facing role and most of all, a strong desire to drive impact by helping our customers succeed. As part of the role, you will partner with the product team and act as the “Voice of the Customer” to help inform our product roadmap.
About You
You have a track record of working directly with technical clients–external or internal–on high-quality architectural implementations and solutions management. If you have spent some time in software development (not a deal-breaker), enjoy taking an active role in documentation and process development and thrive in an environment where needs change quickly, this may be the role for you! Must Haves
- Self-awareness, a high EQ and excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proven experience as a solutions architect working with enterprise clients
- A passion for technical planning and solution delivery for customer projects
- The ability to eloquently explain complex ideas to clients and customer executives
- Understanding of what it takes to deploy applications into a customer environment
- Understanding of ML/AI frameworks like XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit Learn, HuggingFace
