As a Product Manager at Brandwatch, you’ll be empowered to get to know our customers and help them solve their most pressing problems. You’ll guide an independent team of very experienced Software Engineers, to identify, prioritize and deliver value to our customers.
In this role, you will be a part of the Content Infrastructure group within our Brandwatch Insights Business Unit, focusing on building and maintaining a complex data pipeline for processing social and traditional content, and feeding our internal APIs for our Consumer Intelligence products.
The team deals with high data volumes that need to be indexed, enriched with our proprietary AI technology, and made available on our platform for powering our reporting capabilities.
In our experience, no two Product people are the same. We aim to complement each other’s strengths and weaknesses, to help each other learn and grow, and to succeed together. We want to hire people who aren’t exactly like us. And we want to shape our roles to match the people who want to work here.
So don’t worry if you don’t exactly fit our description – if you’re excited about this role, we want to meet you!

- Work with the team on a daily basis and help with various Agile ceremonies.
What you have:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B, enterprise or Saas software

- Empathy and rapport are pretty central to the role here – an ability to form strong relationships with people across the organization, with a variety of goals and perspectives

- Eagerness to prove from experimentation that your team’s work has helped solve a valuable customer problem, and made the product better as a result
- Collaborative problem-solving skills, to help you get the most out of your experts
- Demonstrated ability to work with customers, understand their perspectives, and manage their expectations sensitively
