Technical Product Manager
About the Role We’re seeking a Product Manager to ideate, design, build, and launch groundbreaking solutions for our customers in a variety of industries, including high-profile organizations like Google, Discount Tire, and Yamaha.
As a Product Manager, you’ll join our product teams that are building the next-generation of AIoT solutions and technology. You’ll work extensively with our cross-functional teams of product designers, software engineers, and ecosystem partners to develop industry-specific IoT solutions and guide them from MVPs to full-scale commercial products. You’ll also provide product and technical expertise to our customers looking to adopt next-generation AIoT solutions, working with them to understand their unique business needs and harness the full suite of capabilities of the Leverege AIoT Stack to bring their AIoT transformations to life.
You’ll be empowered to make critical product and business decisions, acting in many roles, including product discovery, product delivery, project management, customer relationship building, and operational support.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of key features or an entire solution in one of Leverege’s IoT product lines, from conception to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs, business objectives, design usability, and engineering feasibility.
- Empower your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment. Make informed decisions, prioritize effectively, and ensure efficient execution even in the face of ambiguity and complexity
- Drive execution by actively building and configuring solutions in the Leverege AIoT Stack, triaging issues, and upholding high product quality throughout the process
- Prioritize and scope new features through discovery, customer conversations, competitive intelligence to strengthen Leverege’s defensibility and differentiation
- Become the go-to product expert for our engineering, design, sales, and customers
- Proactively improve product and engineering process, take ownership over sprints through project management, and close collaboration with engineers
- Lead product positioning and storytelling to differentiate Leverege’s product offering in the market
- Coordinate with internal resources, partners, and vendors to ensure products are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget
- Create and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, training documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications - Required
- Strong technical understanding of a broad set of technologies, with emphasis on cloud software, data, and analytics
- Experienced in product management and technology with a track record of delivering successful B2B digital solutions
- Innate curiosity and hunger to learn
- Creative and clear storyteller
- Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written
- Sharp at problem-solving, critical thinking, user experience, and systems thinking
- Knows how to use data to support intuition
- An obsession with product quality with an eye for design

Qualifications - Preferred
- Experience in working directly in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, manufacturing technology, and/or industrial automation
