Here’s how you’ll do it:

  • Act as the product evangelist and expert for all website-related matters by answering questions and effectively prioritizing enhancements, optimizations, and bugs.
  • Set the roadmap for the website platform team and clearly define project goals and success metrics.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to break down problems into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
  • Collaborate with the technical lead on your team to leverage data, run experiments, and make trade-offs to identify the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

What you need to be successful in this position:

  • 5+ years of relevant technical product management experience in B2B and/or B2C environments
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with software development tools and processes
  • Deep understanding of APIs, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and microservices architecture
  • Experience with databases and analysis tools, including SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficiency with agile/scrum methodologies, including meticulous backlog grooming and developing user stories, setting up engineers for success and efficiency.
  • Experience in a startup environment, taking products from inception to launch to scale
  • A self-starter with a bias for action, taking independent initiative and creatively solving problems
