Grantify is one of the fastest growing start-ups in the UK. We help thousands of small businesses and individuals in the UK, EU and US access transformative government funding from Innovate UK, EIC, SBIR and across the technology, healthcare, finance, arts and charity sectors. About the Product Manager:

  • You will be a highly motivated, technically-minded and experienced Product Manager (2 years+).
  • You will be a star team player and role model who can confidently lead and take decisive action.
  • You will be entrepreneurial and value-led in your approach to product development.
  • Experience of scrum and agile framework is desirable.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Development of New Products:

  • Launch new products, including management of their conception, development, testing, launch, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Liaise with the marketing and sales team to concept test new product ideas and assist with initial marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and communicate any new product opportunities for consideration.

2. Development of our Bespoke Funding Platform:

  • Coordinate with the Product Lead and wider product team to prioritise the product backlog for each sprint.
  • Work with our developers to maintain and optimise our bespoke funding platform, including testing new product features and bug fixes.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Javascript/Python is highly desirable.

3. Optimise the User Experience:

  • Conduct in-depth research with users to assess uptake and value of new products and features, and define key features, specifications, and requirements for development based on user preferences.
  • Create a data collection strategy to optimise and analyse product metrics from a large range of sources.

4. Data Management:

  • Support our data collection and management systems
  • Experience in SQL and communicating complex data sets clearly.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to redesign and optimise our data collection practices.

The team works remotely and are spread across London, Manchester, the rest of the UK and the US. Co-working spaces are offered on request for this role.

The team meets every quarter to work together and we do quarterly socials (in Barcelona this summer!)

We have an additional set-up budget of £1,500 (accessible after your first 12 weeks) to purchase any equipment you may need for remote working.
