As a Technical Program Manager at Flipp, you will work on a variety of complex projects involving multiple products, services, and teams, requiring you to maintain both a strategic overview and attention to detail. Your primary objective is to enhance productivity and quality across cross-functional teams by managing project schedules, identifying risks, and leading technical discussions with engineers. Additionally, you will focus on refining and implementing processes to make workflows more efficient and standardized. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with stakeholders, inspire others with vision, and leverage data to drive decision-making.
What you'll get the opportunity to do:
- Connect program initiatives with business goals and align with company strategy to maximize value
- Define clear program scope, objectives, and technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end project execution to achieve business objectives, ensuring accountability and timeline management
- Lead the development and implementation of programs, products, and services.
- Champion best practices and drive continuous process improvements for operational efficiency and productivity
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive product innovation and meet technical requirements
- Maintain effective communication channels and provide regular updates to leadership on KPIs, risks, and project status
- Align with finance and engineering leaders to prioritize resources and manage technical dependencies during planning phases
What you'll bring to the team:
- 3+ years of technical program or product management experience
- Experience in managing programs across multiple teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Software development experience is highly preferred
- PMP or relevant certifications are preferred but not required
