Technical Program Manager
A Technical Program Manager at Shipium has a critical role at the intersection of engineering, product, and business goals. Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering key programs and projects that bring the company’s vision to life by leading and implementing programs, collaborating cross-functionally, providing technical expertise, and optimizing processes to streamline communications. As the initial hire for this role, you will be required to wear many hats to problem solve & create workflows that can scale & evolve with the company's growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Partner with leadership to define program goals, identify key initiatives, and develop a comprehensive program roadmap.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, GTM, etc) to communicate program goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Work closely with the Product Managers to break down product roadmaps into actionable plans and define project scope.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Serve as the central point of contact for everyone involved in the program, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and roadblocks.
Foster collaboration across teams by facilitating regular meetings, maintaining clear communication channels, and reporting program progress to stakeholders.
Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track, meet deadlines, and deliver value.
Identify and mitigate risks, proactively develop contingency plans; and establish a process for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming projects.
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred,5+ years related experience in a technical program management role, experience working in a SaaS or high-growth technical setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have Carrier Integration background of 3-5 years
Strong documentation skills in Jira
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Salary Range: $125,000 to $136,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
$125,000 - $136,000 a year
