What we’re looking for
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage and grow our customer accounts and relationships. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the all client-facing delivery. You will be managing integration, data & CRM projects.
Responsibilities
Client Management
• Establishing and maintaining the client relationship standard of excellence for the agency to follow.
• Managing senior client expectations, increasing client satisfaction and engagement.
New Business
• Creating proposals & Pricing with the support of the delivery team
• Closing Projects and briefing the delivery teams
Delivery
• Setting clear quarterly project goals and milestones
• Communicate a clear sense of direction and set the right expectations with the client and internal project team
Experience
• 8+ years experience in a data client facing project management role
• Experience / understanding of software basic concepts preferred: SDK, API, Integration
• Agency, Consulting and software experience preferred
• Experience in Agile, Scrum delivery and data management
• Experience running multiple concurrent projects
• Experience using Asana, Jira, Google docs and Excel.
• Experience in architecture design, data management, data migration and data governance
