What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Project Management expert to lead our cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within established timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and deliver project closure, ensuring all aspects of the project are in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed plans, identify risks and mitigation strategies.
- Lead teams by providing clear communication, setting objectives and motivating team members to achieve project milestones, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Manage resources effectively, balancing workload and ensuring the necessary support to complete tasks.
- Generate status reports and progress metrics, organizing key project meetings.
- Proactively identify, assess and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Perform detailed testing to ensure quality of deliverables.
- Ensure project budget, identifying variances and take action to control costs.
- Align project deliverables with customer needs.
- Evaluate project performance and propose continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Professional in Engineering, Management, Business or related areas.
- More than 5 years of experience in technical management of software development projects from inception to closure.
- Desirable if you have certifications such as: PMP, CAPM or other project management certifications.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies (SDLC), including Agile, Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, adaptive, problem-solving, decision-making and strategic vision skills.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana or Microsoft Project.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

- You can be located anywhere in the world, we like you to work remotely! But if you are located in Medellin and Bogota we want you to work two days a month from home Sofka, looking to generate SYNERGIES and STRENGTHEN bonds with your team, plus you share a nice lunch .... And why not? a drink to refresh you. Additionally, if you want to go more days to the office you will have your lunch reserved for that day.
