The ServiceNow Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst Lead will serve as the key technical resource leading the strategy and all project management aspects for the development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow SAM implementation. The successful candidate will have fluency in ServiceNow including SAM processes and module development principles that enables effective communications with stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customer that leverages industry processes and best practices. Preference is candidate’s local to DMV but we are accepting out-of-state candidates. Preference is East Coast Time Zone, but not required. Must work between 7am-5pm. Candidate much be a dedicated resource (not supporting other contracts).

Foundation for Success (Basic Qualifications):

This experience is the foundation a candidate needs to be successful in this position:

  • 10 + years IT technical project management (PMP is a plus)
  • 7 years of direct broad experience with the ServiceNow platform and effective in setting a clear vision based on ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.
  • 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow Asset Management modules
  • 5 years of experience gathering requirements and developing business processes.

  • Serve as the ServiceNow Technical Project Manager is responsible for implementing a ServiceNow SAM solution design using best industry practices.
  • Provide Project management leadership - effectively drive the project schedule, deliverables and manage project risks.
  • Facilitate effective communications within a complex matrix organization (internal/external teams).
  • Facilitate requirements gathering that can effectively be translated into customer acceptance documentation.
  • Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment that meet the customer requirements.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with the project team and developers.
  • Work with advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Challenge with working on complex technical problems and providing innovative solutions.
  • Work with highly experienced and technical resources
  • All other duties as assigned or directed

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust

Pay Range:

Pay Range $105,300.00 - $162,000.00 - $218,700.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
