Responsibilities
- Prospect companies with buyer intent through email and phone, educating them on our software development services.
- Navigate conversations to uncover business needs, understand pain-points, and position Art+Logic as the ideal solution.
- Maintain and update an accurate log of activities in the CRM system.
- Nurture multiple prospects simultaneously during the early stages of the sales funnel.
- Be a brand advocate during all customer and prospect interactions.
- Meet monthly KPI targets.
- Attend online networking events to connect with prospects (actual travel required is less than 5%).
Skills
- Proven experience in technical sales.
- High sense of urgency, passion, and ability to adapt and pivot in every conversation.
- Team-player attitude with a desire to improve internal processes beyond day-to-day tasks.
- Eagerness to learn technical details of fulfillment at a top custom software development company.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, particularly in Information Technology and B2B sales.
- A proactive, clear communicator who is reliable and thrives when working independently.
Additional Details and Benefits
- Salary Range $62,000-$72,000 with expected bonus, plus opportunity for additional bonuses.
- This is a full-time (40 hour/week) employee (W-2) position, and applicants must be United States citizens or US visa holders authorized to work in the US.
