YOUR ROLE & MISSION

As a Technical Sourcer at Apollo.io, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting highly skilled technical professionals to support our company's growth and innovation for Poland. Your primary focus will be to source and pre-qualify candidates who have the technical expertise and cultural fit that aligns with our company values and goals.

DAILY ADVENTURES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Candidate Sourcing:
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the specific technical requirements for open positions.
  3. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and other channels, to identify potential candidates.
  4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
  5. Candidate Engagement:
  6. Initiate and maintain meaningful relationships with potential candidates.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong network within the technical community to proactively identify and attract top talent.
  8. Craft compelling messages and communication strategies to engage potential candidates.
  9. Candidate Assessment:
  10. Assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  11. Data and Reporting:
  12. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.
  13. Generate regular reports on sourcing metrics and the status of the talent pipeline.
  14. Market Intelligence:
  15. Provide our Engineering team with in-depth industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights into the talent landscape.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Technical Sourcer or similar role, preferably in a technical or IT-related domain.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications within the company's industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
